My Baby News ships via UPS or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Orders will normally be delivered within 3 to 7 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed with a tracking number. You can track your package at www.ups.com or www.usps.com.
We will do our best to ensure your order arrives at its destination in a reasonable amount of time. Weather, delivery error and shipping schedules can cause unusual delays in some cases. Please contact us if your package does not arrive in a timely manner.
Shipping costs are calculated using current UPS Ground rates. You can request an upgraded shipping service such as Overnight Delivery at the time of checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions, weight and destination of your order. Orders are shipped from our store or our Livermore, California warehouse.
Flat rate or free shipping promotions are only available to delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Upgraded shipping options, such at UPS Overnight, are not available for these promotions.
