ORDERS & RETURNS

Orders

When you place your order with us, you will automatically receive an e-mail notification verifying your product selection and how your order will be shipped to you. If for some reason there is a problem or issue with the order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If we run out of stock of a particular item, we will hold your order open for at least ten business days while we wait for new stock to arrive. If an order is still unable to ship after ten business days, our customer service will contact you with information regarding when you can expect your order.

Please contact us if you experience any shipping delays or you do not receive tracking information promptly.



Phone Orders

If you cannot, or do not want to, send your credit card information to us via the web, just call My Baby News at 707-546-BABY (2229), or you can fax us at 707-542-1044. Our Store hours are 10am to 6pm PST Monday through Saturday, 11am to 5pm PST Sundays.

You may still use the web to help process your order. Place your items in your shopping cart and proceed to check out as if you were completing your order online. Then print out the shopping cart screen and call us with your order.

Please have the following information ready to complete your order: Your name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, and credit card information.



Method of Payment

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover using our secure server to ensure your privacy and security.



Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to your order only if your packages are being delivered to addresses in the state of California. Any shipments to other states will not be charged sales tax.



Return Policy

Defective or Damaged Items
We apologize if you have received damaged or defective goods. Please notify us within seven days of receipt and we will resolve the problem by one or more of the following remedies:

  • Refund to your credit card
  • Ship you a replacement item
  • Provide you with a UPS call tag to return the item at our cost
  • Send a repair part

Defects that arise more than 60 days after the purchase date must be directed to the manufacturer.

Final Sale
Products labeled as “On Sale”, “On Liquidation”, “Sale Price:” or “Baby News Bargains” are final sale and not returnable unless defective.

Other Returns
Online orders can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unused and in the original undamaged packaging with all documentation, parts and accessories. Certain items, like breast pumps and mattresses, cannot be returned if opened. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. For your protection, please ship returned items with package tracking. E-mail the tracking information to news@mybabynews.com. Include the receipt or other identifying information with your return.
